Bunsen is a Beast!

Is there anything better than finding out a new cartoon is in the works? We can think of something –  how about a new Nickelodeon cartoon from Butch Hartman, creator of The Fairly Odd Parents?!

We’ve all seen what the man can do with a world full of magic and fairies (the result was one of the longest running cartoons of all time!), and now it’s time to see what happens when you mix monsters and humans together!

The new show, Bunsen is a Beast! focuses on the adventures of Bunsen, the first monster to attend and all human elementary school. On the first day of school, Bunsen befriends a kid named Mikey who helps him understand human life and everything that comes along with going to school. Bunsen also shows Mikey the world of monsters, which is actually fun and wacky and not really very scary.

Judging by the description and the awesome picture, we’re pretty sure we’re in for pretty great new show! There’s pretty much endless possibilities for fun and laughs when you add monsters into the mix.

Bunsen is a Beast! was just greenlighted, so there’s no info yet on when it will air, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted. Maybe since Butch Hartman also created the Noog Network, we’ll see Bunsen and Mikey pop on there sometime before the show airs? Fingers crossed!
