HOW DO I ENTER?:

You must be 18 or older to enter. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian enter for you by filling out the form below by December 4! Giveaway begins on November 27, 2018 at 12:00 pm ET and ends on December 4, 2018 at 11:59pm ET. Open to US residents ONLY. Please, only ONE entry per person.
