Spring is (basically) here! The weather is getting warmer and we’re all finally able to go outside without 600 layers of coats and scarves and leggings and gloves. You can even wear a skirt without turning your legs into popsicles. Spring is perfect for eating Peeps, drinking iced tea, and wandering around the neighborhood with your besties. The sun is warm, the flowers and trees are in bloom, and pretty much every day feels like a Friday! We love Spring, so we put together a list of our most favorite things about it!
15 Reasons Spring is the Best Season:
Flowers start blooming everywhere, so it looks pretty all the time.
Floral prints aren’t just acceptable, they’re basically mandatory.
It starts staying light out later, which means you can spend more time outside.
Coloring and hunting for Easter Eggs is the best possible excuse to play with your food.
Spring Carnivals and Festivals start popping up in every empty parking lot.
Ladybug and butterflies start appearing all over.
Peeps are an acceptable food group for an entire season.
It’s the perfect balance of breezy and warm – perfect for pants jackets! (Denim jackets, for those of you who aren’t ridiculous bear brothers living in a cave.)
Picking out your Spring hairstyle like ponytail, pigtails, ponytail, pigtails.
Spring rain storms are the perfect excuse to rock a new pair of rainboots or a really cute raincoat! (Or rock a solid dance number with your squad)
They also mean…rainbows!
You can have a million park picnics with your besties.
Pastel everything.
You get an entire week off of school, just because it’s Spring.
