RECIPE: Garden Plot Veggie Dip:

HOW-TO:

Spread 4 cups of any thick dip (like hummus) in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, then sprinkle with 1 1⁄2 cups ground pumpernickel crackers or bread to cover completely.

Stick veggies in the “dirt” in rows, trimming as needed.

YAYOMG! TIP:

Veggies that look like they’re sprouting up from the ground, like carrots, peppers, and radishes, will give you the best Insta-worthy garden vibe, but feel free to use whatever vegetables you like best!

Need inspiration? Take a stroll down the produce aisle, check out your local farmers market, or even your own garden for ideas!

The recipe suggests hummus, but if you’re in the mood to switch things up, a yogurt-based ranch or herb dip would be delicious as well!
